At the beginning of June 2008 we began requesting feedback from our clients and asked them to fill in a short form to help both us and you assess our performance at weddings. We requested a 1-10 score on the following questions,  (1) How did you rate our initial approach? (2) How useful was the pre-wedding meeting? (3) Was your photographer suitably dressed? (4) How polite and friendly was your photographer? (5) How would you rate the quality of your wedding photography? (6) Are our package’s good value for money? (7) How did you rate our after wedding and album preparation service? (8) How likely are you to recommend us to your friends?

1 being poor and 10 being excellent. Finally we asked for a few words to sum up the whole experience.

As we receive the forms back we will update the website to display all the results. Below is the first we have had back. Hopefully we will have lots more to publish in the coming months.
